My very first buff arrived today. I confess, I was skeptical. And once I actually had it here, my skepticism only increased. What's this? Doesn't look like much... Then I tried it on. An surprising thing happened! My skepticism vanished, replaced by amazement and delight! I do trail runs, (50k distance), and I nearly always run alone. They are versatile, fun, cool and all other good things that are desired in headwear. I bought a Buff in Scotland and loved it. Best thing since gloves.
